Child Safety Standards

HeyBeez, operated by Cloudberry Solutions, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prohibit, detect, and respond to such content and conduct, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly forbidden on HeyBeez:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors
- Grooming, enticement, or solicitation of a minor
- Sextortion or trafficking of minors
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE/CSAM content
- Any other content or behavior that endangers children
Age requirement
HeyBeez is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction to create an account. Accounts found to belong to underage users may be removed.
How users report concerns
We provide in-app tools to report and block harmful content and users:
- Report any member, listing, post, or message directly from the item's menu inside the app.
- Block any member to stop all contact and hide their content.
- Report child-safety concerns any time by email to childsafety@heybeez.com.
How we respond
- We review reports of CSAE/CSAM promptly and remove violating content.
- We ban offending accounts and take action to prevent the offender from returning.
- We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by law, and preserve related information where legally appropriate.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from child-protection authorities.

We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where HeyBeez is available and align our practices with recognized child-safety standards.
