Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your HeyBeez account and personal data.
HeyBeez is operated by Cloudberry Solutions. You can permanently delete your HeyBeez account at any time. Deleting your account is irreversible and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
To delete your account and associated data, choose one of these options:
- In the mobile app: open Profile, scroll to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm.
- On the web:sign in and return to this page to delete your account with one tap.
- By email: if you cannot sign in, email support@heybeez.com from your registered address and we will delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove or anonymize:
- Your name, email address, and password
- Your profile photo, bio, and contact details (phone, WhatsApp, social links)
- Your location and address information
- Your community memberships
- Your sign-in sessions and blocked-user lists
What may be retained
Some records may be kept for a limited period where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve disputes. In those cases, the data is dissociated from your identity and deleted once no longer needed, typically within 90 days. Content you shared publicly (such as listings or posts) is disassociated from your identity and shown only as a removed member.
